somebody has posted a great introduction to the long running Scottish Sunday comic page titled Oor Wullie. I haven't seen it for a long long time, but Wullie always began and ended each week's story sitting on a bucket. in one of my own things I drew myself on Wullie's bucket, but nobody ever mentioned getting the reference.
...and nobody is going to mention it :P

Well, the Eagle Awards are accepting nominations, and I think rather than give the Roll of Honour to another contemporary artist, we should be using it to recognise giants of the past. So I've set up a Facebook campaign to Nominate Dudley D. Watkins for an Eagle Award. Anyone want to join? Invite your friends!
