And don't forget to COME ALONG on SUNDAY!!!

Note that immediately following my own spot I'll be filling in Crumb's vacant chair on the Altered States panel. So if you've booked a seat for that and you're worried about me running over my time, they'll be waiting for me to turn up so you'll have plenty of time to shuffle out of one and into the other.
Jeezis, it's only four days away.
Enjoyed the interview Eddie, especially the bit about Anne not driving a bus!
ReplyDeleteGood luck for Sunday.

Hello Eddie,
ReplyDeleteThe part where you talk about the conspiracy theorists reminded me of something. Have you read Umberto Eco's "Foucault's Pendulum"? it's a brilliant take on the genre. My favourite book by Eco.
yes, that book's a lot of fun.

ReplyDeleteIt's always interesting to hear a comic creator's voice for the first time. They seem to never sound like I think they sound.
ReplyDeleteI'm in Singapore now for a comics thingy but I wish I were in Sydney instead. Have a good time!
ReplyDeleteFinally got time to listen to the whole thing. I like it, also because you talk about The Birth Caul and The Disease of Language, and how people read stuff that has them in it :)
ReplyDeleteI think you undersold your knowledge of altered states. Anyone who can write the "mammoth on ice" line about drink has an understanding of altered states.
ReplyDeleteAn entertaining interview. Thanks for posting.
